I checked to see if the port was open at canyouseeme.org and it was. Do you know why I cant access my computer over the internet. Sounds like something might be replacing the patched dll on reboot. When I do the same in Pro x64 and reboot, the tool still says the file is patched.

I got an error that says termsrv.dll has an unknown checksum when using the April 2019 version. I don’t know that it’s related to the KB that OP mentioned (machine in question doesn’t appear to have that update installed) but the computer is otherwise up to date from what I can tell. I would understand if you let this project go with Win7 going EOL in January, though. There’s a small bit to understand here, which can leave you scratching your head in trying to troubleshoot RDP if it’s not setup correctly, at the initial stage and that is Authentication.

As soon as i uninstalled that KB, its worked again. Or this is something not possible anymore? I have not had to use the latest patch but the previous versions have worked fine. You should probably warn people that if you use this to allow more than one user to connect to the system, at the same time, you are in violation of the Windows 7 EULA. Crap dude sorry, i have another one that i use for windows 10 and it quit working too, went hunting around on google and this was one of the apps that kept coming up. Using Win 10 Pro N here, says unsupported – termssrv.dll has an unknown cheksum.
